On his hunt for beautiful women around the world, Dracula discovers that his charm's were not working anymore, on the present-day, complex, refined and sophisticated Woman. Accidentally, he learns that the combination of the special intense moonlight and the mystique climate of the high mountains of Transylvania created unique conditions for growing "enchanting" roses...... enabling him to continue on his quest; of seducing all women in the world!
